
OUR PROCESS
We typically use a hybrid of ADDIE and/or Successive Approximation (SAM), because one size doesn’t fit all, and neither does one model. ADDIE gives us structure and direction, while SAM adds the flexibility to tweak and improve in real time, something e-learning projects require. Most importantly, we keep you in the loop. We design with you because the best training solutions are built through collaboration.
Development Process
Here’s a look at the main phases of our development process—though, like most things in life, it’s flexible when it needs to be.

Initial Consultation
The initial consultation is key. We can come in at any point in your training program and determine if it’s the methodology, course content, or delivery method that needs adjusting, or if it’s a culture and motivation issue
Analysis/Design
Analysis and design is where the magic starts—asking the right questions, uncovering the real goals, and setting the stage for training that does more than educate. It transforms


Development
Now it’s time to build the thing. In development, we turn all that good planning into custom, learner-friendly content that actually sticks. (And yes, we obsess over the details so you don’t have to.)
Evaluation
This is where we ask: Did it work? Did people learn something? Can they do something with it? We don’t just check boxes—we look for impact using surveys, assessments, skill checks, and other performance data. Then we use what we learn to make the next round even stronger.
