Maintenance
After a successful launch, we can design a process to help you keep materials current and valid.

Every project is different. But every project is guided by our proven Creative Courseware process.
We’ve refined our process so that it works for developing training for all kinds of workers, from kitchen workers and people operating heavy equipment to bank loan officers, retail salespeople, restaurant managers, and so on. Plus, it works for developing materials for any delivery medium, from e-learning to paper-based programs, job aids, and workshops.

After a successful launch, we can design a process to help you keep materials current and valid.
Finally, we determine whether your business and performance needs have been met.
This is the stage where the product is rolled out into the hands of your intended audience— whether delivered over the web, on CD, or in paper manuals.
We deliver your final, professionally finished product—electronic files, paper copies, or both.
This step allows us to verify that our final product works the way everyone expects it to. The type of testing depends on the product we deliver.
At this point, we test, review, revise, and produce the final product.
This is the stage where the project all comes together. We create all the content—text, graphics, audio, video—and build the final deliverables.
At this stage, we organize the information and develop blueprints and a prototype. This way, you can see and even try out the materials before we begin full development.
In the analysis step, we define everything—the current existing conditions, the final required performance, and everything in between.
At this meeting, we assemble all the project players, review the process we’ll follow for your project, agree on the schedule and project plan, collect content materials, and determine next steps.
Once we have agreement for the project, we match our resources with your project needs and lay out the project plan and schedule.
We use the information gathered in the Clarify Request Meeting, our metrics, schedules, and experience to create a proposal for your project.
At this meeting, we collect as much information as we can about your request so as to provide a precise and accurate proposal.
This may be a phone call or a preliminary meeting where we get a general idea of your needs.
