Our clients and projects vary widely and each is unique.

We have helped clients from realms as different as business, education, and government. They have ranged in size from small to large and have included both for-profit and non-profit organizations.

• For some projects, we create e-learning programs to teach the client's employees how to do something new. 
• For other projects, we develop instructor-led training programs that our clients deliver internally to improve employee performance. 
• Many of our non-profit clients ask us to create web-based programs and products to generate new revenue.
• We have completed numerous documentation projects that span all of our client types.

Even with all this variety, two common threads run through our projects:

• They're designed to improve workplace performance and to reduce costs or increase revenue.
